Given the brilliantly high professional standards of Christchurch Theatre Club’s  Cats,  Evita and Legally Blonde -the musical we at East Midlands Theatre can’t wait to dance our way down to Loughborough Town Hall to see Gypsy – a musical fable.

Liz Berrisford stars as Mamma Rose and we can look forward the music of Jule Styne, book by Arthur Laurents and stupendous lyrics by Stephen Sondheim in such numbers as: “Everything’s Coming Up Roses”, “Together (Wherever we go)” “Rose’s Turn.”, “Broadway”, “Little Lamb” and “Let Me Entertain You.” This show is about as Broadway theatrical as you can get!
